Who Does What

From Coaching and Teaching to Designing your product and Delivering DevDudes, these DevJammers are ready to fill your needs.

David Hussman
As chief wave maker, David pokes and prods into product, technology and process. David loves to produce products and help others produce products. His work includes coaching teams and programs off all sizes and shapes, leading agile improvement, speaking about new ideas and interesting discoveries, developing products and breathing life into PhiloJam, the philanthropic arm of DevJam. David has been building software products for over twenty years and coaching teams for more than 10 years. David is the 2009 winner of The Gordon Pask Award and recently published a video series with the Pragmatic Bookshelf: Cutting an Agile Groove. If you are looking for coaching or help with product design and development, email david.hussman@devjam.com or call David directly at 612.743.4923.

Denise Grubbs
Denise is the DevJam CCP (Chief Contact Person). She develops and supports the DevJam organic web, or the DevDudes. Denise ensures our DevDudes skills and passions are combined with our client’s needs in a way that allows both to iteratively learn through delivery. If you are looking for developers, testers, coaches, leaders or managers, email denise.grubbs@devjam.com or call Denise directly at 612.616.1435. Denise also runs the Twin Cities Practical Agility group which meets every other month in South Minneapolis to share stories and start meaningful discussions about all things that promote real and lasting agility instead of simply propagating more process. For more information, check out the Practical Agility Google Site.

Annie Endrizzi
Annie runs the show. If it happens at DevJam, she probably did something to make it better. Officially, we call her the COE (Chief Office Everything). She is the heart and soul of DevJam U, the teaching arm of DevJam. Annie makes sure that DevJam U courses are small, immersive learning experiences that provide people with concrete tools, ready for use. Annie also organizes coaching and the project and product based delivery we do for companies of all sizes and shapes. If you are looking for coaching, courses or core DevJam information, email annie.endrizzi@devjam.com or call her directly at 612.916.5821.
